I enjoyed the staff's friendly, helpful attitude throughout our stay. The continental breakfast was presented well, also.

There was a slight problem with the cleanliness of the linens, but was fixed quickly.

I would recommend it based on the fact that the staff was great and the location allowed one to walk into town with no problem (if you don't mind a brisk walk). The hotel was small, and quaint. Good place to stay for the money. ...read more

Rooms were on the smaller side.

This delightful small hotel felt and looked more like a bed and breakfast than a participant to a main stream hotel chain. The European ambiance and friendly staff was absolutely delightful. The abundant breakfast was served on linen table cloths and napkins in the dining area inside or on the patio next to a bubbling fountain. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to downtown Napa, and we enjoyed our stay at the hotel, with a homey feel. They serve breakfast, and cookies, coffee or tea at night. The staff is very nice and accommodating, checking in and checking out is a breeze. The room is clean, bed and pillow is soft and comfortable.
